Alphabet Painting

As my Kindergartners reviewed the letters of the alphabet in their regular classroom, we learned about the use of text in art by painting a mixed up alphabet. 













Some classes even go to elaborate on their alphabet 
designs with oil pastels.

    I could see this as an awesome tie in with Basquiat or Jasper Johns... Love them!
